Graff Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Rockford is located about 15 minutes north of Grand Rapids off US-131. This position is for an experienced automotive Sales Associate with the drive and ability to become a product specialist and the interpersonal skills to build a loyal clientele.

We are looking for a genuinely positive person with a strong work ethic with at least 1 year of automotive sales experience who has the following qualities/abilities:

  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Enthusiastic "people-person"
  • Good listening skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Quick-learning self-starter
  • Ability to follow directions but also take initiative when needed
  • Appreciation for the Stellantis brands: Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram is a bonus!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Greet customers on the lot, engage them, and guide them through the sales process
  • Work cooperatively and assist other sales professionals as needed and appropriate
  • Learn, practice, and master sales processes as determined by management
  • Prepare documents legibly and completely
  • Learn and regularly review vehicles and their unique features to demonstrate to customers in person and through social media
  • Work with the Business Development Department to develop your sales brand
  • Follow rules both corporate and legal
  • Walk the lot to check vehicles and report any problems to management
  • Communicate regularly with current, prior, and prospective customers with the goal of developing strong long-term relationships
  • Be open and available for community events as a positive representative of the dealership

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Available some evenings and Saturdays
  • 1 year of sales experience (automotive sales experience preferred)
